2008, The Muse is in a recycled mirror frame found on the street of my neighborhood. It is 52" x 21" with a gilded frame. The wings are batiked when the eggs were dyed blue, then the whole board of shell was dyed black and the figure was bleach painted. The piece is heavily lacquered and sanded.
